In Aspire Pricing Configuration, there is a Tab for Teaser Rate which then activates, further down page, fields for the teaser rate information.   Is there documentation on this function?    I expect that for the period selected that rate would be used then following period it would then follow the yields that are associated with the pricing for the remainder of the term.
