The attached document goes over the process of setting up an API User and associated Security Profile for accessing the ASPIRE API.

This article also provides information on updating the ASPIRE webconfig file to access the API. This update can be done manually or using PowerShell. 

A section of this attached article contains a sample PowerShell script to test the API after setup.

Steps necessary for API Logging Configuration are also included.
