Assest Disposal to Inventory - Loan

If the Inventory Management module is licensed collateral assets can be disposed to inventory at the time of termination. This option is not available when processing a partial termination where not all assets are disposed during processing. Collateral that does not have an associated Loan contract item cannot be disposed to inventory as well.

Contract Termination

       1.       In Contract Explorer -> Main choose a rewrite type of Termination.

       2.       Then Click the Asset Disposal button on the toolbar.

        3.       Click on the Collateral tab in the Asset Disposal screen and select Inventory in the Disposal Type dropdown.

        4.       Then click OK.

        5.       Click the Post icon on the toolbar and the Posting Confirmation popup will display the Termination GL entries

        6.       Click OK to post the termination
