Configuring an Inquiry Only User in ASPIRE

To limit a user to having no ability to make changes to ASPIRE v5 data but enable the retrieval of system information the following configuration can be applied to do the following:
  1. Provide access to inquiry-only Work Queues
  1. Provide access to the Customer Service functionality
  1. Provide access to Contract accounting information and amortization schedules
  1. Provide access to standard system reports
The attached guide is intended to be a baseline for accomplishing this in the ASPIRE system but is not all-encompassing for all modules and configuration scenarios.
