Assurant Insurance Status Auto Update - 42617

Introduced in v5.20.58

When licensed for the Assurant Insurance Integration, the Account's Insurance Status will now automatically change to 'Update Unsent' when the Primary Customer's Email Address is modified on Non-Terminated Contracts, where the policy has been auto-generated via the system for the Assurant Integration.

Update Assurant policy status to 'Update Unsent' when the current status  'New Sent' & 'Update Sent' and one of the following conditions are met.
  1. In  Account Explorer > Locations the email address is changed (for policies using this location).
  2. In the Contract's Bill-To Location the email address is changed (for policies using this location).
  3. The Equipment Location email address is changed (for policies using this location).

Detail:

1.  Any changes to the Customer's Primary Email address through Account Explorer > Locations will result in the Contract's Insurance Status being changed to 'Update Unsent'. 
  1. Does NOT need to be checked as Primary Location or Primary Bill To as these are default values if not defined. 
  2. This will only be done to Insurance policies where the status = 'New Sent' & 'Update Sent'.
  3. Cancel, terminate or reinstate of either insurance status will not be updated to 'update unsent'.
2.  Any changes to the Contract's Bill-To Location email address will result in the Contract's Insurance Status being changed to 'Update Unsent'. This can be accomplished via a Contract Save or a Contract Modification (non-economic or economic)

3.  Any changes to the Equipment Location email address will result in the Contract's Insurance Status being changed to 'Update Unsent'.
