Customer Portal to ASPIRE Field Reference Guide

Each Customer Portal instance is connected to an ASPIRE instance to source information from ASPIRE to display for Portal users and to enable processing of Portal payment and service requests in ASPIRE.
Use the attached guide to understand where in ASPIRE the information in the Portal is coming from. Referring to this guide for customer service interactions will ensure the customer receives timely, accurate, and consistent information whether they use the Customer Portal or contact a customer service representative.
