How to Request an Upgrade

Submit an Upgrade Request ticket through the LTi Customer Portal, see the attached document that will step you through entering an Upgrade Request Ticket with LTi using Zoho.

Please provide as much detail about your upgrade goals as possible.

 

Support Management will work closely with you to create a Test Review plan and support you through the process and coordinate the needed resources for your deployments.
