How to Resolve:
1. Open the Control Panel, locate Office, right-click and select "Change".
2. Make sure that the "Add or Remove Features" is selected and click "Continue".
3. Expand "Office Tools".
4. Make sure that "Actions .NET Programmability Support" and "Microsoft Forms 2.0 .NET Programmability Support" are both selected to "Run from my computer". If they are not go ahead and update and click "Continue" to install.
5. Once Office has been repaired or the Office Tools have been installed have the user log into Aspire and test opening document templates.
