Filter Work Queue by User Deal Access

Filter Work Queue by User Deal Access

Question:

How can you filter a work queue so that only their deals appear?

Answer:

In Work Queue setup, use the Filter Type “Logged In User Roles” and select the Role.  This will look at the user and the role of the user logged in, and if that role is selected in the Select Filter option, that user will be able to see deals where they are attached to the deal with that role.

You only have to create one work queue and then let it filter for each user.
