How do I control user access to contracts?

User access to contracts is based on the combination of three factors:

  1. The contract must be booked
  2. The end user must have ASPIRE accounts linked (done in the Portal User Management area) that are a customer or guarantor on the contract
  3. Based on the contract private label, it will only be available in a portal site whose partition is configured for that private label
