Instructions for JobStream 5.20.54 Maintenance Task

Instructions for JobStream 5.20.54 Maintenance Task

See attached document for complete description.

Admin users that upgrade to ASPIRE version 5.20.54 and later may see a new system-defined JobStream task, ‘5.20.54 Maintenance Task’.

This task is added only when the installer detects missing rate change data for Non-Financed Adjustment Items that were added as part of a Contract Modification. The missing rate change data causes minor discrepancies in earnings and General Ledger data that get addressed with earnings runs following the execution of the JobStream task.

The issue that caused the missing rate change data for Non-Financed Adjustment Items during Contract Modifications has been resolved in ASPIRE version 5.20.54 and later.

When running the 5.20.54 Maintenance Task, updates will be performed on a maximum of 500 records at a time. Admin users may need to run the task more than once until all the applicable records have been updated. Once the most recent run of the task displays ‘Succeeded’ in the Status column on the JobStream History tab, Admin users can set the task to inactive.
