The LeasePlus Discounting Module allows you unparalleled flexibility in discounting leases and accommodates assignment and/or sales of rental streams and residuals with full integration to the general ledger.

The Discounting module is designed to discount or sell a lease to a particular Funding Source. The system computes the net present value of the lease, makes the appropriate changes to the lease for rental billings and invoices, and creates the appropriate G/L entry on discounts treated as a sale. A discounted lease can continue to be serviced or invoicing can be discontinued. The discounting module allows tracking of lease payments received by the Funding Source.
