Timestamp on Contract Status History from DocuSign integration triggered status changes

Summary: The Date and Time on Contract Status History entries recorded from DocuSign are always in Pacific Standard Time

The ASPIRE DocuSign integration allows for automatic update of the ASPIRE Contract Status when an envelope created through an integration for a given contract is updated in DocuSign.

When the status is updated in ASPIRE by this functionality, a Status History entry is recorded.

This time in these status entries always reflects the time provided by DocuSign when they communicate the date and time of the event in DocuSign.
DocuSign always provides this date and time in Pacific Standard Time.
