Sometimes, customers create duplicate accounts and when they try to delete them, they might encounter the warning message below.
When this happens, there a few areas to check:
- Account Explorer > Related Contracts
- Administration > Contract Profile > Account/Activity Association
- Tasks > A/R Transaction History (Invoicing)
- Scheduled Billing
- Miscellaneous Billing
- Tasks > Accounts Payable > Vendor Invoice History
If the account is tied to any of the above, then the account cannot be deleted.
