DocuSign - Create new configuration button deactivated

If the Create New Configuration button is deactivated/unclickable/grayed out, verify:
  1. The Service Address and Service Key are entered and saved
  2. There are not already 10 configurations. There is a limit of 10 configurations per Service Address and Service Key combination.
