LP - Loan Participation Module

The participation module implements a participation as multiple loan contracts,
the main loan and one or more participation loans. The total of the participation loans
cannot be greater than 100% of the main loan.
The participation loan(s) are an offset to the main loan. In the general ledger
debits to the main loan are credits to the participation loan(s) and credits to the main
loan are debits to the participation loan(s). Posting to the participation loan general
ledger accounts are in proportion to the "participated percentage" of the main loan.
