The Property Tax Interface allows users to easily export equipment information to the PTMS™ or CBIZ™ Property Tax products and automates the back-end invoicing process for reimbursement of property taxes paid by the lessor. With PTMS or CBIZ, property tax billings can be created automatically (through our Property Tax Interface) and mailed earlier, allowing advanced reimbursements from lessees by a month or more (on average). The personnel cost to administer your personal property tax burden can be substantially reduced, and write-offs of reimbursable property taxes can be reduced or even eliminated.
