Reporting Options in ASPIRE

Reporting Options in ASPIRE

There are three supported reporting options with ASPIRE:

1.  Use ASPIRE's Standard Dashboard Reports available on a separate system-defined dashboard that can be found on the Home menu - System Reports dashboard. The System Reports dashboard provides access to the system-defined reports as well as custom reports.

2.  Use ASPIRE’s Premium Reporting Package which includes real time data replication and ASPIRE Data Views to build your own reports/data access needs. Detailed information on Data Views are available through the Support Portal

The Premium Reporting package is a real time replica of the ASPIRE production database isolated on its own server. It includes access to the ASPIRE Data Views as well as a Point-to-Point VPN.

The ASPIRE Data Views  consists of standard database views that are available when licensed to be used for reporting and data analysis. These views are designed to flatten the data captured by ASPIRE's system processes in a reportable format that corresponds to the presentation of the data in the user interface. These views are deployed in a separate database schema named LTIData for ease of access and supportability.

Customers will not be granted access to transactional data elements or other database objects beyond the views provided when this module is licensed.

If you would like more information about adding this module to your ASPIRE instance or assistance with utilizing its capabilities, reach out to your LTi Account Manager.

3.  Engage with LTi to build Custom Reports based on specific requirements, reach out to your LTi Account Manager.
