Introduced in v5.20.76

This initial integration will allow customers in the UK to integrate data from the UK government source on business (Companies House) into their credit application processing.

  1. As new contract is being entered into ASPIRE, the Company Registration Number (CRN) or Company Name is used to search Companies House and against companies known to the finance company.
  1. The Companies House information is used to validate and update existing account information and validate and confirm information received from a new applicant, including co-borrowers, guarantors and suppliers.
  1. A credit application entry person can add additional parties (e.g. suppliers and corporate guarantors) post initial application entry and perform a Companies House search and against companies known to the finance company.
  1. This functionality must be licensed to be available.
