Aging Bucket With Immaterial Exclusion Report
If you want to review a contract's receivables and not show the Immaterial Exclusion amount, the Aged Receivable by Contract report should be run. This report will exclude any immaterial amount from the aging bucket amounts.
- Immaterial Exclusions are as setup on the Administration menu - Accounting Options screen - Main tab, and can be setup as a fixed dollar amount or percentage of the balance due.
The Aged Receivable by Contract report can be found in the Dashboard Reports in the Delinquency folder and has the following parameters:
