Branding - Customizing the Portal to Meet Brand Needs
The Customer Portal is designed as a secure and user-friendly platform where borrowers can review information about their contracts with confidence and interact with the finance company.
Part of building that confidence includes incorporating branding elements into the user experience, encouraging borrowers to feel that they are working with their familiar financing partner.
Platform Administrators have access to a variety of options to manage the branding of each Customer Portal site
Portal Branding
Several settings are available to customize the appearance of the post-login experience on the Portal.
The banner that appears at the top of a Customer Portal site can be configured using the file specifications in the configuration area as a guide.
The colors used for the section headers in the Portal screens are configurable using either a hex code or a color picker.
In-process configuration can be previewed before applying to ensure you have configured to the desired effect.
Login Branding
Several settings are available to customize the appearance of the login screen for all white labeled sites and all branded authentication emails (new registration, password reset, etc.)
The banner that appears in the login dialog and on branded emails can be customized here, along with the scaling the size of the logo to meet your needs.
Upload a background image to serve as the background on all authentication pages (login, password reset, self-registration, etc.)
Select a color to be used for action buttons on all authentication pages.
Enter an email address to serve as a “Contact Us” email that site visitors can use if they need help getting access to the Portal.
In-process configuration can be previewed before applying to ensure you have configured to the desired effect.
