Managing Portal Users

To find and manage an existing user, use the Search to narrow down the list of users.
Use the Actions button  to access options, including: 

 
  • Edit User – change user first name, last name, or account connections. 

  • User email address and branded site may not be changed after user creation. 

  • Reset Password – when activated, the platform will send an email to the user, guiding them through the password reset process 

  • Only available for users with Status “Active” 

  • Resend Registration Email – when activated, the platform will resend the registration email to the user, guiding them through the email verification and password set process. 

  • Only available for users with Status “Pending” 

  • Deactivate User – when selected, the user will be blocked from authenticating to the Customer Portal. 

  • Only available for users with Status “Active” 

  • Reactivate User – when selected, the user will be permitted to authenticate to the Customer Portal 

  • Only available for users with Status “Inactive”
