To find and manage an existing user, use the Search to narrow down the list of users.
Use the Actions button to access options, including:
User email address and branded site may not be changed after user creation.
Reset Password – when activated, the platform will send an email to the user, guiding them through the password reset process
Only available for users with Status “Active”
Resend Registration Email – when activated, the platform will resend the registration email to the user, guiding them through the email verification and password set process.
Only available for users with Status “Pending”
View Payments – see View Payments for more information
Deactivate User – when selected, the user will be blocked from authenticating to the Customer Portal.
Only available for users with Status “Active”
Reactivate User – when selected, the user will be permitted to authenticate to the Customer Portal
Only available for users with Status “Inactive”
