Control customer access to contracts

Control customer access to contracts

When setting up a new End User in the Customer Portal, you must link one or more accounts to the user.

These linked accounts control which contracts the user can view/take action on in the portal.

For an ASPIRE account to appear in the list, all of the following must be true.
  1. The account must be associated with one or more booked deals with a Contract Role Type of either “Customer” or “Guarantor"
  2. The ASPIRE contract Private Label must match the Private Label set for the selected Site

If you cannot find the account you are looking for:
  1. Verify the ASPIRE site to which the portal is connected. The account data will only come from that ASPIRE site.
  2. Verify which ASPIRE Private Label is mapped to the selected Site. The default/initial Site will generally be configured to include ASPIRE contracts with no Private Label selected.
  3. Confirm the two requirements in the previous section.
  4. Confirm that at least 5 minutes has passed since the given account was booked on its initial contract in ASPIRE.
