How often is data updated in the Portal from ASPIRE?

How often is data updated in the Portal from ASPIRE?

By default, most information is updated from ASPIRE to the Portal every 15 minutes.

The following are exceptions to that rule:

  1. Once every 24 hours, starting between 4 AM and 4:15 AM CST each day.
    1. Amortization Schedules
    2. Lines of Credit (amount, available, etc.)
    3. Asset information (asset list, serial numbers)
    4. Contract scenario/definition (e.g., Operating Lease vs Capital Lease vs Loan)
    5. Principal and Interest information
The above schedule applies to on-going updates for existing customer users.
All data is synced in full for the given customer when a new user is created for the customer.
