Keeping your Customer Portal data up-to-date
Ensuring your Customer Portal data is up-to-date is a critical part of delivering a great customer experience to your borrowers and lessees.
In many cases, the data in the portal is automatically synced from ASPIRE to the Customer Portal either in real-time or at frequent intervals.
Some of the data from ASPIRE must be updated through additional scheduled processes for the intended experience to be delivered.
When using the Customer Portal, configure JobStream jobs with the following task to run on a regular basis to ensure relevant data is up-to-date when delivered to your customers with the Customer Portal:
- Calculate Contract Values
In addition, you will need to set ASPIRE v5 - Global Settings - Contract Management - Save Customer Amortization Schedule to "Yes" to ensure all relevant contracts store an amortization schedule in the ASPIRE database for use in the Customer Portal.

How often is data updated in the Portal from ASPIRE?
