Payments not available in the Customer Portal
By default, the Customer Portal allows customers to make one-time EFT payments.
In cases where the finance company prefers that their customers do not make payments on the Customer Portal, the Payments functionality can be deactivated.

To activate/deactivate the Payments functionality, please open a ticket with the LTi Customer Care team.

With Payments activated, the customer will have the ability to setup bank accounts, quickly pay all open charges on all contracts, pay individual contracts, and view their online payment history, as shown in the screenshots below.
When Payments are deactivated, these areas are not visible to customers on the Customer Portal.
