ASPIRE Disappears Upon Signing In

ASPIRE Disappears Upon Signing In

When signing into ASPIRE you will notice that the application has disappeared but the taskbar still has the ASPIRE icon. If you mouse over ASPIRE you will notice a white box. To resolve this error you will need to follow the steps listed below.

How to Resolve:

  1. Right-click on the taskbar and then click “Task Manager”.


             


  1. To expand the Task Manager you will need to click “More details”.
              


  1. On the “Processes” tab underneath “Name” locate “LeaseTeam.Client” and then click the arrow to expand.


  1. Right-click on “ASPIRE” and then click “Maximize”.



  1. ASPIRE will now be available and you can close the Task Manager window.
