Portfolio Purchase and Importing into ASPIRE

QUESTION:  If an ASPIRE user purchases an existing Lease Portfolio from a different entity, is ASPIRE capable of booking a portfolio of leases via an import file, or what other system capabilities are available for this situation? 

ANSWER:  Portfolios can be imported in to the ASPIRE system via the Import Manager module. This module provides the ability to populate Excel templates for the different datasets required and import them into the system in order to migrate existing transactions. The Bulk Portfolio processes to book the transactions and reconcile are also utilized after the data has been imported in order to update the transactions and successfully complete the migration. This is typically done with test migration iterations with month end data prior to completing a migration into the Production environment.
